On July 8, 2022 Bad Boy Leroy became a lifetime member of the Texas Country Music Association. After years of searching for a place to call home, "I am proud to call TCMA my new home. Bad Boy Leroy recorded his debut album in Nashville TN. Using Dave Bechtel as his producer, together they were able to make this album with a country sound, with a little Texas blues.

Bad Boy Leroy released Bluesman in October of 2021 as a single to online streaming outlets. Bluesman is Bad Boy Leroy's most successful release to date.
